A beautiful and uncomplicated app for interval training. But despite the ease-of-use its very powerful, with heart rate monitoring and spoken prompts.
The app comes with a number of workouts pre-installed, like Tabata training, 7 minute workout, and a number of other high intensity workouts.
Or quickly create your own interval workouts. Just click "Add Workout", fill in the exercises you want to perform and the times for the intervals.
Put on your favourite music, start your Avallo workout, and off you go. The app tells you, by voice, what exercise to perform and how long your rest periods are. It even tells you a few seconds before the rest period is up so you have time to get ready for the next exercise.
And when you have finished a workout, save the workout data to the Health app so you can easily track your progress.
